Santos lost recently, to a German in Germany if I recall. Plus the guy he lost to may very well be the next big thing at 154. We just don't know. Either way, styles make fights and to judge Tony off of Santos' loss is cheap.
Finally someone that watched the damn fight talks about what happend exactly, Margarito couldve won if they would've stopped the fight right after the cut happend, but they let it continue and that made him **** up and lose rounds, but then again the fight was in Puerto Rico, Santos hometown...

      ferocity,

Even though you think this won't happen, but PRETEND that it does: Mayweather practically embarrasses Margarito on coast to a very wide UD. Would you still make excuses for Tony, just because he's Mexican and you have an uncontrolable bias towards Mexican fighters? Or would you actually accept that you were wrong and that Floyd is by far the better fighter?

      Just wondering.

Obviously Arum has wanted a Mayweather-Margarito bout for quite some time, and with the Manny Pacquiao-Erik Morales rubbermatch scheduled to take place on November 18 he has more than one reason to prefer Mayweather-Margarito in October. More to follow, including a full one on one interview with Arum so stay tuned.
I hope Pretty Boy takes the money and Marg's manhood both at the same time..that will shut you marg fans the hell up for good....lol

Margarito didnt do anyting special. People forget that Mayorga had just murdered 6 heads 2 times in a row right before there fight. Mayorga had already ruined him.

Zab wouldnt get killed by Margarito just like Santos didnt. Zab is better then Santos. I just cant believe that people think Margarito is so good. Then they rip Floyd's wins. Look at Floyds resume compared to Margarito? Its a joke.

Margarito really hasnt even done anything to get a fight with Floyd. What makes him qualify? A win over a green Cintron who's only good win was over a washed up Teddy Reid in which he almost got KO.

If Margarito let Santos outbox him then Floyd would kill him. Its a joke that he's even at 147 anyway. He bitches about no one fighting him but he wont move up to 154 where he could get a ton of big fights. Everyone up there would fight him but he wont go there because he knows up there he wont be 20 bigger then everyone like he is at 147. He's a clown. He wont go up there because he knows that he couldnt even beat the worse of the best in Santos so how would he beat anyone else?

            finally someone with some sense

            put it like this
            until floyd lose a fight
every fight a bunch of people will
be rooting for him too lose

year ago when floyd was at 140

why wasnt he trying to fight the undisputed champion

naw he was waiting to cash in on floyed because

What makes you think he wasn't calling out Judah and Spinks? I'm sure he was and there is no reason to think he wasn't. Margarito genuinely wants to fight his fellow elites at 147. Spinks and Judah were busy with each other for a while, understandably.

                Don't be silly.

So you dont think its slightly silly that a man who is a legitamite 154 pounder wouldnt go after the other elites at 154? You dont think its silly for this guy to wait on the #1 p4p fighter in the world to give him a shot while he himself has 0 p4p fighters on his own record? You think its silly that this guys resume is complete garbage with not a single household name on his resume?

This whole fiasco is silly and if floyd takes this fight, i hope he siliences this crap permenently, i never thought id be arguing this ****, this guy has nothing...even Vivian Harris had a better case than this idiot. What kind of moron moves down in weight, fights virtually nobody, then demands that the #1 fighter in the world give him a shot for a belt that is beyond worthless for the most part.

Marg has been at 147 for years. He has been rated by RING in the top 3 of that class for years. Your argument about Marg fighting nobodies looks silly, considering no one at 147 has a better resume. There aren't any household names at 147 anyway, at least not til Floyd got there.

                      Think before you type, brother.
