Comments Thread For: Sanchez: GGG Won't Be Unified Champ; Saunders Won't Fight Him

Sept 7th 2015 - WBA-IBF champion Golovkin's team last week made Saunders an offer believed to be £2.2million to face the Kazakh knockout machine in a world title unification clash.
BJS keeps raising his demands, yet hasn't improved his standing to actually deserve more. 3+ Mil wasn't enough to get him to sign. It's been almost 3 years now & he's still milking his title while GGG has been facing at least some top contenders. Saunders may fight GGG, but only if he gives him the world because he knows it'll be the end of his reign as a fake MW champion.Comment

Once a deal was finalized for Alvarez and Golovkin to fight in Las Vegas, Oscar De La Hoya, Alvarez’s promoter, didn’t want Golovkin to fight Saunders first.
How can Abel clown anybody for wanting "lottery type money" when this was the reasoning behind not accepting the Saunders fight last June? "Why fight Saunders in June when we getting lottery money with Canelo.." That was the logic.
And now the logic is "Why fight Jacobs, Charlo, Derev or Andrade when we can get lottery money with a Canelo rematch.."
Hypocrite mofo.Comment

That Lemieux fight has really spooked Sanchez.
Saunders has been calling for the fight so they should hear him out and see what he wants. Don't just presume he's going to price himself out, find out.
If it happens, it will be in the UK. That's where it makes the most money because Warren would pay to have the fight here.Comment
