Yeah, Bute-Andrade was bad. Jack-Bute was bad too but that was in D.C right? The only dude I know, who gets some things in his favour is Lucian Bute, but that dude was loved all around from the canadian crowd.
Dude was saved against andrade in the last round and got a draw against Badou Jack.
On another note. Since when are fights changed to DQ losses after someone tests positive? Thats apparently the case for Jack Vs Bute.Comment

I was at Bute vs Andrade 1 and the ref absolutely saved Bute's ass. On a side note, I intentionally borrowed my friend's Mexican flag and wrapped it around my shoulders for that one. I never liked Bute and really wanted to piss people off back then so being the only Andrade fan out of twenty thousand people did the trick. Good times! The only dude I know, who gets some things in his favour is Lucian Bute, but that dude was loved all around from the canadian crowd.

Any time your opponent's promoter pays the judges you are at a disadvantage, whether it's somewhere in England or Germany, Vegas or Canada. Germany is the worst though...Is Canada known for robbing out of town fighters? From my understanding Stevenson isn't an overly popular fighter there.
I don't see it going the distance. Stevenson is very dangerous early especially given Jack has started cold a few times and got caught but once he gets into his grove I think he'll break Stevenson down and either stop or or Stevenson will quit. Too much inactivity and a putrid run of opponents has done him no favors.Comment

been leaning Stevenson on this one since announced, but also am too pumped to not realize Jack is coming for that strap with extreme focus. I am not too worried about Stevenson's inactivity- at his age keeping the wear and tear down with a slow fight schedule makes sense. He is also experienced enough I think he will be prepared and in shape, peaking at the right time. But his opposition level has been mostly "B" level, and that is what makes this so freaking interesting. Jack is BY FAR the best he has faced in years, and Jack will bring a talent level with the intensity of a hungry top tier fighter.
Like I said... still leaning Stevenson. I think he will be ready, is a very skilled and calm fighter, and has a sleeping pill few can wake up front when it connects clean. But, boy I can see Jack surviving, dragging him to some deep waters, and using some younger, fresher legs to drown him in the middle of the ring.
Can not wait. Usyk/Gassiev may be the only fight I am more pumped for than this one.Comment

You’re just brainwashed easily. You meant to say that you hope Jack wins otherwise guys like Kovalev and Ward will keep ducking the real champ.Comment
