And not a single phuking Mexican listed there. So you made a shyt main event with a shyt under card full of mismatches and fights fans don't want and force it to be on cinco DE mayo even though there is no Mexicans fighting?

After the fight was canceled fans were asking for GGG to fight a better opponent then any you offered or demanded you move the date to make a relevant fight. You did neither and shove crap down everyone throats and have the nerve to say I did it for the fans? What kind of phukery is this clown talking about. I ask for a ham sandwich you hand me a pile of shyt. LMAO

they cant even use that excuse, because other than time, they had nothing invested in the date. Any camp expenses would be recoverable via the event cancellation insurance that EVERY sane promoter takes out in advance of a big event. Of course those policies dont pay lost profits, but they do reimburse for all hard costs paid out.

Im disappointed. I would have preferred for them to dump May 5 and negotiate a June date with Derev and do the mando. But it is what it is. They are doing what they think is best for their own interests. Same as every other fighter on the planet........

Are you kidding? Time is $$$. When you are promoting an event, it's not a couple of phone calls. There is a LOT involved. Plus, there are professional courtesies in place and it strains business relationships to drop a big date. There aren't just 2 fight camps going on, there's hundreds of people involved in a fight date. You really think it's no big deal for him to dump all this and do it all over a month later?

lol I have promoted shows at the highest levels of the sport, so I know EXACTLY what goes into it. But **** happens sometimes. You recover your costs as best you can, and you move on in life. They had already dropped the PPV carriers, the venue, even the city. What was left to save??

What you DONT do is put together a garbage event, and then try to tell people you did it for THEM. Its insulting, and Loeffler would have better served his client had he just kept his trap shut.

lol.... I can see we're done here.

No promoter salvages a date "for the fans", he does it because it's a major PITA to re-schedule, and no one likes to do 2x the work for one check. Stop the fanboy bullshyt and just be honest FFS...

100% agree with you on this one. Plus you have a reputation to uphold. If your at the top dont come off like some used car salesman ripping ppl off for a buck.
