But I think its doable & even surpassable, but the tiny sample size of guys who'll weigh so lil & be able to grow later on + are good enough is so small that luck or unluckiness will play into when it happens again.
Relevant as well is who's promoting this cat capable of it. If you are this next Manny guy & are promotee by Roc Nation you are never gonna get there.
So its 100% possible, but a lot of sh^t needs to line up to make for the perfect storm of duplicating Manny's achievement or going past it.
there might be other examples I'm not aware of, but you need to start off young in the lower divisions and be at least Pacquaios height to go through 8 divisions.

Nope, won't be done again.
And Pacquiao skipped couple weight classes too
For it to happen some kid will have to win a world title before he is 18, then he will have some natural growth
Amazing that Pacquiao was grew in size by 50% in his career.

It was a great win considering the huge disparity in size, but he should never have been officially classed as a JMW champion.
That is a prime example of what's wrong with boxing today.

Manfredy, Berto, Augustus, McGregor being HOF is comedy gold. Combine all four careers and you still wouldn't even get a fighter considered even for the ballot.
