Peace brother. It was long bridge to cross, as far as understanding addiction. I'd done every chemical under the sun and could always stop cold turkey. So, I didn't have much sympathy at first. But, learning that these are good people, enslaved by something that overrides their ability to stop,it really changed me as a person. Had the health care system not used and burned me out so badly (they fired two other managers when they decided I could run 3 depts by myself) I'd still be doing it.
