checked again this morning. Canelo not enrolled in VADA CBP (Clean Boxing Program). Shouldn't that fact be a concern for the WBC?

The hair test by no means clears Canelo of any wrong doing and implying that it does is ******. I would say it's Mexican bias by the wbc but it's really money bias.
