Your wasting your time on these jack asses. They are saying GGG's opponents are better than FOR sure HOFamers???B-Hop went down to their requested weights! He didn't drag them up to 160! De La Hoya was 155, and Hopkins was 156! Trinidad was 158.5, Hopkins was 157!
October 1, 2001:
Many talented boxers before Bernard Hopkins have stepped into the ring against Felix Trinidad with what they believed was the sure plan for victory. Oscar De La Hoya, Pernell Whitaker, Fernando Vargas, to name just a few. None before Hopkins on Saturday night, however, had executed their strategy so brilliantly.
Hopkins, a 36-year-old Philadelphia native who came into the fight as a solid if not huge underdog, dismantled the champion with a masterful combination of strength, quickness, footwork and textbook counterpunching. The end -- and the first loss in Trinidad's 41-fight career -- came 1 minute 18 seconds into the 12th round when Trinidad's father, trainer and manager jumped into the ring to stop the bout with his son struggling to get off the canvas after the only knockdown of the fight.
That's the stuff legends are made of! No excuses!
I'll take an Oscar, Trinidad, RJJ, Winky, Calzage over anyone all day every day that GGG has fought and ever will.Comment

You tards can't have it both ways. You can't be slobbing on Canelo's knob all day AND THEN say he's a piece of garbage in the ring. Same goes for Jacobs.
What real MW did Hopkins beat (or draw with) who was so astoundingly good?Comment

Dude I love ggg but he isn’t this booogey man he has lots of flaws and I know Ward would school him but the double standards on here is fawking amazing: yes he has ******ed fans like ggglovkin or some sh it like that but not all of his fans are on that level.
His resume sucks and isn’t in Bhops level only an idiot would think that but it’s not as bad as you haters make it sound and you discredit his win over canelo but give hop credit for beating Oscar and tito both smaller men who moved upComment

BHop has no pull. Not his fault. It’s not like he was struggling to make weight either. So what’s the big deal? Doesn’t b side always cater to a side? Or is it now some achievement?B-Hop went down to their requested weights! He didn't drag them up to 160! De La Hoya was 155, and Hopkins was 156! Trinidad was 158.5, Hopkins was 157!

Don't fully agree with this quote from him but there is a tiny amount of validity regarding Hopkins opponents but the same can kind of be said about Golokvin as well but I do understand why he's saying it. Considering Hopkins has been bad mouthing him the last three years it's only natural a fighter is going to eventually snap back. If you look up to the lead up of Golovkin V. Lemieux, Hopkins talked so much shh about Golovkin and it never really has stopped, just went more subliminal. Hence why Hopkins was tearing into David post fight in every publication he could.Comment
