Well Russia has a lower population than US. They probably beat the US in doping per capita by a mile.
WADA reveals worst doping cheaters. Russia not even in Top 5, USA #3

I'm sure there are lots of cases like that. In this era it's hard to 100% believe anyone is clean, especially the successful, richer nations/athletes. But TS/video was arguing like the stats make the US look bad and Russia look good. Now it's shown that the exact opposite is true, seems like moving the goalposts for someone to now say 'well stats mean nothing anyway'.Comment

Weren't Russians banned from a lot of athletics events in 2016 and therefore not being tested as much as the other countries?
That video is a Russian propaganda piece. The idea that the world and WADA owe Russia an apology
What point are you trying to make? I looked into the stats, according to WADA's report into 2016, US, Italian, French, Australians all provided more samples than Russia. Table 6 shows you testing by country, US was over 9000 tests, UK, France, Italy over 7000, yet Russia only 2557. Wrongly accused doe, international anti-Russian sports conspiracy doe, Povetkin all-natural etc.?
