So despite having been tested far less than US athletes, Russia tested positive 69 times and the US 76. Suggests a far higher % of Russians are doping than Americans. Still to be fair I didn't know so many Italians were juicing, maybe something in the drinking water or perhaps they can use the contaminated meat excuse

I think you got something mixed up.
      India has 1.35 Billion citizens
USA only has 0.32 Billion citizens

USA has WAY more doping cases

Anyway, it's time to call it a night.

I am neither from Russia, USA, India or any of the other top 6 listed countries, i just find it interesting to see actual numbers and the publics perception is so much difference from the actual facts.

That video is a Russian propaganda piece. The idea that the world and WADA owe Russia an apology

What point are you trying to make? I looked into the stats, according to WADA's report into 2016, US, Italian, French, Australians all provided more samples than Russia. Table 6 shows you testing by country, US was over 9000 tests, UK, France, Italy over 7000, yet Russia only 2557. Wrongly accused doe, international anti-Russian sports conspiracy doe, Povetkin all-natural etc.?

This has nothing to do with population numbers, these are for athletes...

In any case, Russia did have a meldonium program... but the United States and every other country also pumped athletes with crap which was not quite banned, or the same PEDs, but under a different name.

EVERY TOP ATHLETE is on SOME PED...

Andro was legal too... lol. It is all legal until it isn't. It is a race in every laboratory to create something new... abuse the hell out of it, until it is banned.

How many nutrition shakes, multi-vitamins or post or pre workout shakes does everyone here take?

Hell, even Gatorade is supposed to help you recover faster.

Such is the case with meldonium. It was 100% legal, until it was banned to target a certain group of athletes.

The list doesn’t pain a full picture at all...
Russia was guilty of systematic doping, a lot of the ppl from western countries got done for over the counter supplements( obviously not all, there are dirty athletes in every country)
What America is **** at is food standards

They might be tested more seldom, but would it be incorrect to infer that American athletes are richer, and therefore could afford better avoidance tools?

Whoever has the most access to the latest stuff will be doping the most.

I guarantee the US has the deepest doping problems just because we get the best "hacks" first, years ahead of the testing protocols.

We act like it's some moral difference across countries... Anyone really believe that? Sporting culture is the same everywhere. Broke kids trained into machines and millions of dollars behind them. Doping is a technology resource.

OR: You guys do watch boxing/mma right?

These guys get caught when they MESS UP.

Some of the most obvious dopers got away with it for years and years because they knew what they were doing until their luck ran out. There were tons of people who thought Alistair Overeem was clean after he gained 50 lbs of muscle in one year and looked like a blowfish glued onto a pile of varicose veins. There are people who think colossal HGH gut Joshua is natural.

Meanwhile ome of the guys with the most modest physiques & textbook boxing skills got busted for dumb, obvious mistakes because they didn't hire a pro.

Russian athletes were forced to dope, and the problem was so bad, the entire nation was not allowed to compete under the Russian Flag in the Olympics.

                      yeah, not an issue.
