stopped talking about him but yet was prepared to fight Chavez Jr at 168 and bring Carl Froch out of retirement and fight him at 170, it was clear that he wasn’t what he said he was when he first came to the US. He is a straight cherry picker who plays this fake warrior attitude with the Mexican and other fans. He doesn’t want to take any risks. This behaviour leading up to this bs Vanes fight is a great example of his nonsense. I’m saying it now, lil g will be stripped of his IBF belt, will fight and probably beat Canelo in September and then retire without ever mentioning Charlo, Saunders or whomever again. This guy is not as advertised.

I just about throw up in my wheaties when I hear folks referring to Golovkin as this avoided killer and fearless warrior who will fight anyone
it has been obvious that is not true for a looooong time now
Golovkin is a VERY good fighter
he is actually even better than that..... he is a terrific fighter, when matched correctly..... but avoided killer and fearless warrior?..... no sir

Originally posted by Verus View PostI too started off as a GGG fan, but over time his actions, comments, and whining turned me off. Abel Sanchez babbling nonsense does not help their cause. As for September, I am not sure Canelo and GGG will fight then or ever. If they do fight, I GGG is not a sure bet.
