I wanted to clarify that. Most of AJ's fans are uneducated, delusional folks in my opinion. So, whatever Eddie says is the gospel to them. How can Eddie be complaining about not getting a contract when he did not send one 2 - 3 weeks ago? He sent an offer. Further, no contract can be sent until key intricacies of the fight are agreed upon. Lying Eddie knows this but also knows his supporters are not educated enough to tell the difference.

Hearn would have sat down with Wilder's side if they were interested in the offer Hearn sent. He wouldn't have refused the way Finkle is doing.

That's not the way I remember MayPac getting done. And more specifically, Arum got the money, took his cut, paid Manny, and Manny was left to pay his folks (Freddy especially). Remember Mayweather was bragging that since he was his promoter he got all the money. So as far as I know, the same works for Joshua and Hearn.

I do however agree with you that this is about Hearn and Hearn alone. I believe that Hearn is concerned about losing revenue streams that don't usually go to his fighter. As you said he us worried about his pockets.

Why folks are defending Hearn, because in their mind an assault on Hearn is an assault on AJ. Not at all accurate. I will say though, there are some AJ fans who see through the bs and have said they don't favor Hearn to do right.

Leading up to that meeting, Arum was constantly in the media shooting down the fight, shooting down Mayweather, shooting down negotiations. After that hotel meeting, Arum fell silent, had a smaller roll, and the fight was made shortly after.
