If Hearn accepts this language as stated he's potentially accepting a contract and thus exposing both himself and his client to potential risk.

It not only won't happen, it can't and as long as this precondition exists there won't be a fight. Which of course may be exactly what certain parties want.

Verbally accepting the money does not make a binding contract.

Hearn can say "i provisionally accept the $50M as long as all the other details are acceptable"

Tell me how that makes accepting the money a binding contract?

AJ has said lets roll you freak. All Hearn wants to do is sit down and discuss what the particulars of the contract are but is being refused by Finkel.
