GG doesn't need the IBF title. Fight Vanes, and fight Canelo next. If they think that GG is ducking a 12-0 guy who has NO best win to date is ducking Derevyanchenko then they need to pick another sport to watch. I'm glad that Canelo is undergoing testing. And the testing of hair is big in my book too. Now we may get the rematch that fans deserve so long as Canelo keeps on passing testing. My question is will Canelo need a "get in shape fight" before GG or go straight to GG rematch?

So after Vanes, if Canelo doesn’t fight him in September what happens?

I get it when you're on the come up, but he's already at the pinnacle. The belts don't define him anymore.
That's where you're wrong. The belts are the only reason he got a fight with Canelo in the first place, without them then what reason does Nelo have to fight him?

Without those belts he's just Mr 97K.

NOT sticking up for Clenelo, because I don't give a fk.....

BUT, doesn't the link below prove that people should stop jumping to conclusions..... ME included, I also assumed that no hair follicle testing had taken place

                1) Canelo took the hair follicle test shortly after testing positive

                2) interestingly..... the hair-follicle test may have helped Canelo, but it was not the determining factor that clarified whether Canelo ingested clenbuterol accidentally or intentionally

apparently, if not the 3x restaurants, friends BBQ, or the street taco..... he had a dinner with Bill Clinton which was also listed as a potential source of contamination lol

NOT saying anything..... other than " lol "

He still has the other two lol I'm sure that's more than enough for a Canelo scrap.

If he doesn't agree to the deal, his IBF belt would be gone and then the WBC (Charlo) or the WBA (Jacobs-Sulecki winner) will get their chance to call their mandatory

So am guessing if Canelo decides to fight him, then he would drop all the belts? I kinda feel sorry for GGG in a way.
