How can you make an offer without the contract, whats holding Hearn to his word if he says “yes”?
According to your logic they would have nothing to hold against Hearn if he flip flop on his word. There has to be something they have to sign somewhere, its a $50 million offer, someone will want a written and singed guarantee from Hearn that they can fall back on.

“It’s not a case of we sign the contract and they go and raise the money. If you’ve got it - show us it and then we can talk,” Hearn said.

Everybody knows Haymon is shady. More power to the guy, but don't pretend he isn't a snake. To succeed in boxing you have to be a shady con man (see Don King, Bob Arum, De la Hoya, etc). Right? I've enjoyed a lot of PBC fights, but what happened to all of that money?

So Joshua has to agree to a deal without proof.
Wilder and his team are adopting the approach of double glazing salesmen.

When has Haymon ever cheated anyone out of money? When has any of his events fell apart over monetary obligations?

All they are asking is for Joshua to accept the fight. Why should they show them anything if they not willing to accept the fight? They asked for $50 million, they pulled their card and offered it.

If they have the guarantee then why not tell/show Hearn? What's the problem? Unless it's bs.

Would be hilarious if Hearn and AJ turn down the offer and AJ ends up getting KOd by Povetkin.
