The buildup will suck though as it won't be about the fight it's going to be about who was ducking the fight and trying to avoid it and who "doesn't want it" and then the post-fight will be more of the same from what's left of the losers fan base.
Flip it, turn it, slice it, toss it what ever way you want but when you never made 50 million & tell the person that's challenging you for the 50 it's a DUCK.

1- Al Haymon didn't offer that amount; Wilder did.

2- Everyone knows Haymon has $50 million. Almost no one believes that this fight is big enough to offer a $50 million guarantee to ONE of the fighters.

Of course, I don't give a **** if they're overestimating the this fight worth. If they are convinced that a $50 mil guarantee is reasonable and offer it, then make the fight happen.

But yeah, offering a minimum $50,000,000 to someone and placing a 24 hour deadline sounds fishy as hell. Lets hope this is legit and the fight gets signed.

Just need to hear that their is a contract guaranteeing the $50 million and thats all i need.
If that contract exists then AJ and Hearn needs to sign it.
If Wilder was trolling then to hell with him, cant expect someone to agree to something without nothing binding in writing. An offer in the body of an email in not a contract.

How the **** is meeting and going through the details non productive? I don't think they've got the guarantee and are stalling.
Weren't you the one that Wilder needs to agree to the 12 million flat fee in order to make the fight? Hearn didn't send no contract he just made an offer and asked Wilder to agree to it. There was no date, venue or guaranteeing the fight would be next, they weren't asking Hearn to put the money in escrow. Wilder didnt agree to Hearns offer so there was no reason to sit down iron out the details for the contract. Weren't u also *****ing that Wilder should make him and offer then too? It's the same situation as before, only difference it's Team Wilder asking AJ and Hearn to agree to the offer to sit down and iron out the details.

There is no contract, a contract is drawn up after they iron out the details like venue, date, split, who walks out last and Vada testing.
Fights are agreed on first then they draw up contract.

There is a real strong chance this fight could happen - we’re not looking to be difficult.”

"Not this weekend, but if the money is there and the venue is to our liking, the money is secure and the other rights are taken care of there is a real strong chance this fight could happen," Hearn said

Spoken like someone who is doing everything in his end to make the fight happen.

All I see is "strong chance, strong chance" i won't be interested in showing him if I have the money or not either if someone keeps making sentences like that.
