My point is that I dont think Hatton looked bad or any differnet then he normally looks. I just think he fought a better guy then he normally fights so its so easy for guys to say it was the weight. If he fought a guy like Callazo at 140 then he would have the same trouble.

Also, how is that a excuse anyway? Dude blows up to nearly 200 pounds between fights and its supposed to hurt him to move up one time in his life? Come on now. He just couldnt impose his will or the huge size advantage that he normally has

Urkal, isn't it? Then I hope Castillo at MSG in November.

What Im saying is that the only reason why he looked bad is because he faced a better opponent, plain and simple. He fights Callazo again, it would be the same way. If he fought someone great and young at 140 he would struggle also

Urkal? How much of a ***** move is that? Hatton said he didnt want to give Callazo a rematch because there's better guys he can fight and then he started naming Floyd, Cotto, Gatti, Castillo, Chico, and so on. Now he ends up with Urkal? How weak is that and it kills his whole argument. Either fight one of the guys you named or give Callazo the rematch like a true Champ.

The only good thing about the Urkal fight is that his mandatory would be the winner of the Julio fight this weekend and we could get Hatton-Julio by early Ferbuaray

Hatton doesn't want to fight Urkal. HBO choses his opponents.

I think some of it is clearly whining and some of it is legit. The move up in weight I can see having an effect on him, it does on most all fighters. When you fight at a certain weight for so long then move up to keep up with the competition it takes some time to grow into your weight.

We'll know for sure the next time we see him fight if the weight was the reason or not. If he looks as ****ty as he did against Collazo against his next opponet we'll know he's a *****.

HBO doesnt choose his opponents. You think HBO wants that **** on? You think they want him to come to the US to fight someone who's from the same place as him?

He's fighting Urkal because thats his mandatory but so what. Alot of guys dont fight there mandatories and the fact is he was talking about facing all these other guys but now he's settling for the mandy? Chico would fight him easily and you know it.
