I thought they were giving his shot to Breazeale?

I don't know, am correcting the notion that a boxer calling out the WBC corruption is scared of another boxer.

I mean it favours Breazeale now because he has basically jumped ahead of the number 1 ranked fighter (Whyte), but we shouldnt be celebrating this, if this was Hearn we all know what would be written on here.

And another boxer has been shaft here (whyte), so its not so great. If the Wilder/Breazeale fight was a voluntary fight then i doubt Whyte would be "Whining" but the fact that they are calling it a mandatory is what makes him upset.

That is what they (WBC) are saying. They tried to do that before and whyte complained about it. They then told him that the Breazeale/Molina fight wasn't a final eliminator but an eliminator. Which means neither could jump over him as long as he has sanctioned WBC fights. But now the WBC are turning around and sanctioning the Wilder/breazeale fight as a mandatory fight.

He just fought his mandatory in November. Are you sure it's a mandatory? He wouldn't need the WBC to make Breazeale a mandatory when he could fight him as a voluntary because his mandatory isn't due yet

If he beats Ortiz then he gets a fight with Wilder so what is his problem? Wilder wasn't going to fight him next anyway. A win over Ortiz would be his career best win and raise his stock.

AJ Fans: Wilder should fight Whyte (a fighter AJ beat) to get the AJ

Should be pretty obvious what his problem is. If the WBC make Breazeale mandatory that means the title holder can avoid him for another year.
