    The silver belt doesn't make you the mandatory. It simply makes you a highly ranked contender.

    Wilder doesn't pick his mandatories. Breazeale won a final eliminator to become the mandatory. There apparently was some confusion as last year when I was saying Breazeale was fighting in a final eliminator, others were saying it wasn't. Turns out it was. Wilder had no say over that.

      definitely not true. WBC *never* said whyte was mandatory. mandatories are publicly declared. please show us where the WBC ever said that.
