Either KT is terrified of EP!
Or.... he is injured and would rather vacate than to take all the heat for incubating like DSG did and he was healthy fighting bums!
KT... we hope to see you back in action soon!

      How about the WBA belt?
When is he going to give that up?

I hope this is a way to not rematch Porter Garcia. Honestly he just defended and won those belt from those two. Why would he do it again.

Tune up and take the Spence route! Give the figures the fans want!

It’s ******ed there’s So much hate for Thurman recently on here

The guys injured . Let him get back in the ring when he’s healthy
I agree. Let him do what he wants. He gave up the belt so these guys can work. No big deal for me.

Not sure what playing flutes means but it sounds funny. I posted the material on his surgery as well as Parkers so I know the details well. Just because Parker had the same surgery, doesn't mean much really. Not all surgeons are cut from the same cloth, not all surgeries go the same, and not all bodies respond to surgery the same.

Thurman is obviously not set for life. He'll be back.

What are Vegas odds he is out until 2019?

He did the right thing. And the WBC- among the worst sanctioning bodies in my humble unimportant opinion- actually made a legit decision between two of the top 147 fighters that is an easy sell and a worthy fight. I still dream of a day where the belts do not matter, but I could be swayed to start to care about the Alphabet organizations again if decisions and matches like this were the normal.

He was obviously under pressure from the WBC to give it up. The WBA haven't knocked on the door yet.

Does the article make any mention of him also hurting his vagina.

I don't think, not how his dad's been giving interviews about how it's all about being smart and fighting easy fights.

So he comes back with a tune up or 2 this year. He then fights the winner of Porter/Garcia.
All he's doing is trying to delay facing Spence IMO. Giving up the WBC belt provides the perfect excuse to avoid saying when or if he's fighting Spence. For the rest of the year and maybe all of next year he can say "my focus is on regaining my WBC belt and once I do that then we can talk about facing Spence."
