WBC ordered the bout, both agreed to take an interim fight, and then TR swooped in with a more lucrative offer.

They did the same thing w/ Ike Quartey. He agreed to fight Felix Trinidad but before they could put pen to paper, TR offered Ike way more to fight Oscar instead.

I dont think this is going to be as easy as every1 perceives it to be. Robert Easters size alone can make this a very ugly/dirty fight. People say he doesnt fight tall which he doesnt but his height gives him options & stick/move/hold is an option i think he'll use. No1 thats 5inches taller & has an 8 inch reach advantage is an easy fight. Body work is going to be key for Mikey from rd1 on considering Easter has shown a good beard. If Mikey stops him itll be the body but im guessing itll be a closer than expected UD for Mikey.

Good point, dont know who the Ref is. Thatll be a big factor.

Boring and predictable, Easter should have a couple losses already, they just robbed his opponents so he could cashout and hand the belt over to Mikey.

The hate is ******. I don't love Mikey cause he sure calls out lot of people but who is he supposed to fight next? Spence? This fight makes the most sense. Hopefully we get Loma mikey next. I have Loma by wide decision if that happens though.

Man he was playing around for ages with the Linares fight.
Asoon as Mikey didnt want it Loma jumped in saying he would take that fight.
Instead if Garcia had of gone for Linares we would of had Easter/Loma but Loma knows a good fight and wont stuff around to make it.
