Big fan of how GGG & his people climbed to get where they are, but they dropped the ball like a bunch of amateur spazz's here.

Boxing really needs to quit letting the inmates run the asylum. Thats why everything is always about minimum risk for maximum return vs entertaining the paying public. Its the only sport that really operates like this & its why boxing is seen as such a corrupt circus of a sport so much.

That said who knows how you fix all that nowadays with how f#cked up things operate & all the built in & accepted bs, but f#ck me boxing needs SOMEONE who's looking out for boxing first & foremost, once & for all.

They've moved GGG well to get him to the Canelo fight the last several years. Tom is anything but a spazz, but here they are clearly guarding the Canelo payday, staying active + I think trying to hijack some Cinco de Mayo fans or some such bs with this play.

Can't imagine why else they'd hold on so dearly for May 5 otherwise.

1) that offer was to fight NEXT, it allowed for the LePew fight
2) Loeffler admitted that he always works 2-3 fights ahead with Golvokin
3) Ward made a formal offer on TWO separate occasions..... the first time they pulled that 164 stunt, the second time they turned him down in 36 minutes flat
