If manny just agreed to do the same drug testing, that he eventually actually had to do.....He wouldve got the fight. But Floyd was younger also, Manny would not have won 2 rounds, don t forget, Floyd has a great beard.

He wouldn't KO Floyd, but he would beat him up for the majority of the fight I think that 2010 Pacquiao would have had too much to offer too many punches too quick on the feet at that time as well.
There is reasons why Floyd never wanted that fight just like he never wanted to fight Amir Khan, Floyd doesn't want to lose his 0 and he doesn't fair well against guys who have very fast hands.

No version of Manny beats any version of Floyd.

He couldn't do anything with an nearing 40yr old whose legs were going nevermind a younger Floyd.

How did he never want the fight when he signed a 50/50 contract for it in 2010?

Dayum near 3 years later and these dudes still trying to sell blatantly false narratives. Hilarious.

                ******* is a hell of a drug!

So then why did they refuse to take the test & make the fight in 2009 when Floyd offered him the fight?

Pac was the one who waited till Floyd declined.

Would have had a decent chance, definitely. It's why the fight did not happen.
