Oscars one of my favorite fighters and i gotta say it seems hes always looked at boxing through the buisness aspect a little more than a fighters aspect...but him ducking people is a little off, last time i remember winky admittedly said he turned 6 million away because he didnt want the short end of the stick with the big fights anymore.....and then he fought soloman....i personally think a dlh vs wink fight would be good close fight, no way wink dominates.

Vargas hated Delahoya so much that after Delahoya lost to Trinidad ( who he did outbox ) ...Vargas called Tito out and wanted to prove to Mexican fans that he would stand and fight him rather than run like Delahoya. Those were his words. He had this fued with Delahoya since he was an amatuer.

Trust me man, I was rooting for Vargas in a big way against Oscar, Vargas was very exciting in his early career, but I just don't see him beating Oscar, because Oscar has very good skills, he's also fast and can brawl if he wants to.

Also you have to understand when your as big as Oscar everyone will call you out, it's happening with Mayweather now.

I agree. Ouma is very good but no one wants to fight this guy because of his unorthodox southpaw style. Ouma ( like Winky ) can make orthodox fighters look bad.

i think if the Oscar fight happend before the tito one i think oscar would of finished him earlier. Oscar had trooble with vargas power but i think that was the added power that roids have vargas

With Vargas it was different. Vargas would have fought him for free. He hated Delahoya. It was personal. But Delahoya swore he would never give him the chance until after Vargas took that career changing beating from Tito.

I dont know why you say tito smashed vargas...tito my have cheated his way a to rob a green vargas...but smashed is harsh, no way tito would have ko vargas if those cheap shots didnt happen...and oscar would have beat vargas regardless, no one ever beat up oscar and thats the only vargas would ever come close to beating him cause we know vargas wouldnt be able to out box him...

How else can you describe it ? 5 knockdowns! I'm a Vargas fan too
I agree though, those low blows were cheap BUT VARGAS was young and inexperienced. Had he NOT TAKING THE TIME OUT he could have knocked Tito out. That was his mistake...but he took like 5 minutes and let Tito recover.

Although I agree that winky will be a very difficult fight for hoya, I don't hoya is afraid of him. Hoya is a businessman par exellance and he knows how to go around the ins and out boxing more any of us here. He will fight winky for the right reason.
