You cant be so sure of that. Vargas was a ruined fighter by the time he lost to OScar. The Pre Trinidad Vargas would have given Oscar a much better fight. Oscar seized the opportunity after Tito smashed Vargas.

If Delahoya fought Hopkins, then why would he be afraid of Winky, it's just doesn't make any sense.

These ducking talks is getting a little too much at these boards.
every time one good fighter gets credit for a good fight he automaticly is ducking any body with skill

You cant be sure of that bro. Vargas hated that guy and would have fought him for free. Delahoya isnt scared of anybody, but he picks his opponents at the most opportune time. Winky called him out for years ! He's not afraid of Winky, but Winkys style can make a very good boxer look bad.

              Vargas called Tito out...
He would have fought anyone. You know its true man. OScar did not want anything do with Vargas until Tito ruined him. Thats not being biased. Thats telling the truth.

".....winky called him out for years!" Yet, years ago delahoya wasn't a jr. middleweight, winky could have went up in weight and challenge hopkins, but winky knew then that he'd get his ass kicked by hopkins. Who hasn't called out dealhoya is the question?

Thats why an Oscar/Winky fight would determine who really is the best Junior middleweight.
