I don't know what the cost is to enroll in and maintain 365 testing but my thinking is that at the very least fighters should have 16 weeks minimum of testing behind them before climbing into the ring for a title fight.

What are you talking about??? Canelo ain’t on the list, I assume, bc he is just suspended. He wasn’t enrolled for last years fight. Hell he wasn’t even wanting to fight for the title bc of the testing, IMO. His a$$ should be up there with the example sign next to him

Observations:

1. Was it a coincidence that the WBC released this list in amidst of the boxing community being in awe at the fact that Canelo wasn't enrolled? I think not.

2. This enrollment program is a good start, but it doesn't hold any merit UNLESS you're planning on or working towards fighting for the WBC title. For ex: You can be listed as #10 in the WBC ranking, but listed as #1 in the WBO - and you're fighting for a WBO title - so you won't care much for the CBP.

3. Is Canelo all of a sudden enrolled now? I noticed his name wasn't there.

You would really need to see a boxer's testing record over time to see who is likely cycling on and off PEDs between fights. Probably there are some fighter's names missing from the list who are usually not testing but have a fight coming up.
