Because Saunders and a Canelo fight are big $ and legacy fights

Dervachenko and Andrade while both are f.ucking dangerous don’t bring nothing to the table financially or legacy wise why risk it. Maybe a couple extra 1000 people watch if he fought Andrade on May 5th

You say mid - level contender just to make it seem like they aren’t sh.it but you know that’s not the case both are legit talents

Andrade is a former Olympian and was blue chip prospect and I’ve heard multiple fighters say if it wasn’t for his sh.itty team they guy is HOF talent wise. Gennady at 36 is prime for the picking against a fighter that can move and have the skill set ofnAndrade

I still don’t believe that Canelo knowingly did anything wrong. And I also believe that had GGG not made such a stink, the fight likely would have gone on as planned.

But, the situation is what it is at this point. I have no plans to watch GGG fight a tomato can on May 5. And it seems like the number one DQ’r for landing a fight with GGG is having a pulse. So he can go f.uck himself as far as I’m concerned.

He just finished fighting the 2 best MW both of whom were prime it’s clear he’ll fight the best out there. And would have fought Canelo again but he f.ucked it up it up so now focus on a big career defying fight in Sept

Listen I’m anAndrade fan id love for him to get the fight but Gennadys team isn’t going to risk it knowing what’s ahead in Sept and I don’t blame them

And it’s not like Andrade or Devechenko have earned the right to jump the line they has no buzz no name recognition Andrade was in a boring fight against Fix and Devechenko just fought a 22/22 fighter in a 8 rounder

Gennadys going to fight in May as a stay active probably have a big fight in a sept with either Canelo / Saunders and if he wins probably the fight the other guy next.

Then it’ll Be Andrade / Devechenko/ Charlos turn if they can put themselves in position either by being a a Mando or having some buzz behind them
