He didn't become "irrelevant" overnight. That's like saying Kobe Bryant, in his final couple of years, became irrelevant overnight.

They got old, dude. Manny is a cup of coffee away from being 40 years old. How do y'all not comprehend this?

Newsflash but this happens in sports. In every sport. There's a never-ending list of superstars in their respective sports who, at the end, are shells of their former selves. Look at Michael Jordan in his final years, Kobe in his final years, Allen Iverson in his final years, Tiger Woods, Peyton Manning, Shaquille O'Neal, Mike Tyson, Roy Jones, Adrian Peterson, etc...the list is endless

He had a decade plus long run as one of the most popular boxers on the earth. He headlined 23 pay per views. Think about that for a second. Generated the 2nd highest amount of money in the history of the sport, only behind Floyd Mayweather. He was a mainstay near the top of the pound for pound list for a decade, dude.

His accolades list is among the most prolific in the history of the sport. The f**king guy had one of the greatest runs of the sport in modern history.

          He got old, man.

I know some of y'all hate the man with all your heart but no matter what kind of **** you all make up about him to taint him, he will always be remembered as a guy who had one of the most amazing runs in the sport. Ever.

Only in the backwards ass world of boxing scene can a guy who started boxing 23 years ago, had one of the most decorated runs in the history of the sport, be considered a guy who just became irrelevant "overnight"

Oh and Mr. Irrelevant is going to be fighting for a word title belt a few months from now at 40 years old, meanwhile 90% of the dudes here who are younger couldn't even play a full court game of pickup basketball at the local rec center without needing an oxygen tank

is funny because a shot to shit past his prime manny is still more relevant than any current american champion, if not, nobody would be saying "manny is ducking crawford" and that's what most people here has been saying for quite long

Yes. Every single thread is about Floyd. Threads about Cotto etc; it's all about Floyd. It's a bizarre and unhealthy obsession with another man. He'd probably cry if he met the man or saw him fight.
