When he announced he was going to fight Horn, many people, myself included, thought that the fight was a joke, a complete non-contest against a complete rank outsider. Whether you believe he really won or lost that fight (I think it was the right result) the fact of the matter is he struggled quite badly in a fight he was expected to dominate. As far as I'm concerned that was the last nail in the coffin of his career as a top level fighter. He's fortunate that he still has enough clout to make a fight with Matthysse, which will allow him to recover a lot of his lost credibility if he wins, but would anybody still pick him to beat anyone currently in possession of a real belt at WW? I highly doubt it. He really needs to retire, you can't be a professional boxer and a serious politician at the same time.
I disagree completely.
He is a far better boxer than politician and it would be best for him to keep boxing and retire from politics before he kills EVERYONE.
Dude is a monster hiding behind his "lil innocent immigrant" facade. Cant stand hin
If you don't take risks you're not going to be relevant in this world.
He's not fighting anyone noteworthy. Pretty sure if he fought a Spence or even Thruman, the fight would draw a lot of interest.
True, just like floyd was irre!evant. That's why he tried being talking point by fighting m ma connor.
Also floyd was talking point as he said he could best gg g but not fight him. Being outspoken made floyd relevant. That's nothing to boast about
