Vanes is not anyone's first pick but we don't have a lot of candidates left. At the end of the day, a fight is a fight. Let's look at the bright side "IF" team GGG pick Vanes, GGG will be the first one to knock him out....always something.

Dude, of course everyone would love for him to fight Derevyanchenko or Andrade over the likes of O'Sullivan and Vanes. That's not the point.

The point is they want a tuneup. Period. They're looking to fight a top guy named Canelo in September, and if that doesn't work out, they're going to fight Saunders.

You don't put your guy in a tuneup against a top guy when the biggest payday of his career is on the line a few months after. Come on.

Why were they fighting Canelo in May & now suddenly thats a gotta be tuneup date? Just sit it out if you're so sure Canelo is back in Sept.

And we don't know what Canelo's status is. When its known fair play on planning to fight him in Sept or next May or w/e. I wouldn't be mad if he just decided to fight in Sept., but don't ruin the May date anymore than its already been ruined by fighting a bs opponent on that date.

GGG ain't sht for that. but Vanes says he doesn't care about money so he's your guy.
              Hmm OK, that's fair.

                Ugh.

Let Derevyanchenko vs Andrade fight each other.

Have GGG ringside or something for the cats who need their GGG fix.
