Joshua vs Povetkin will be a good fight

Looking like it's next. It's not Wilder vs Joshua big but it's a good fight. Anybody else excited for this if it happens?

Joshua to take on the man wilder ducked to the courts

Good on Povetkin, finally getting his shot against a true champ

I hope Povetkin still got enough left in him to give us a good fight.

Great name on his resume but i fully expect Joshua to flatten such a come forward fighter who is severely outsized by 4 inches of height , 7 inches of reach differance and outweighed by at minimum 20 pounds to what could be 30 pounds .

        Joshua by 5th round K.O !

Then we can get Pulev-Whyte, Wilder-Kownacki and Miller can keep progressing. I'm fine with this. Joshua vs Wilder is not too far off.

Not sure what version of Povetkin we get. The supercharged version of Povetkin I'd actually favor over Joshua but I'm not sure that this normally aspirated version will have much luck.

Why should fans be excited if AJ chooses to fight a PED user over a unification fight with the 2nd best HWT in the world?

Why should fans be excited if AJ chooses a fight with a guy who has less chance to beat him then the guy we all want him to fight?

Yes. Other than Wilder it's the fight I most want to see in the HW division. In some ways more so, because although he also has a KO in him, Povetkin is a more skillful boxer and I'm interested to see what approach he would take with AJ.

Povetkin's promoters have talked about a possible stadium fight in Russia. That could be exciting, although maybe an additional risk for AJ.

So, hopefully the Wilder fight is made but if not this would be an excellent alternative.

They'll rig it so Joshua gets to use PEDs but Povetkin doesn't but povektin gets paid a little extra.
