I have no clue what you're saying.
Cotto or Canelo were the mandatory for GGG.
GGG wasn't the mandatory for neither Ward, Froch or Chavez Jr. He would be voluntarily moving up to fight any of the 3.
Cotto was already fighting at MW. He had the title and had another defense before the Canelo fight.
So in short, they did exactly what GGG said he'd do in moving up for big money fights but not fighting the best guy in the division. Difference is, GGG never went to 168 at all. Cotto was the champion and Canelo was fighting at his own made up weight then at 164 before they'd fight GGG.
Guys like you wanted GGG to jump up and immediately fight Ward but he could have fought 2 other guys same as Cotto or Canelo then Ward and it would have been no different. Money fights first then the toughest challenge.

Fight bums all your career then have one or two pay-days then retire? I guess if nothing else matters then yes. Should just retire now if that's the case.
