Ward and Golovkin were also THREE DIVISIONS APART, ****head. That's why GGG offered to move up ONE DIVISION, to close the gap a little.
He obviously didn't know that Ward has a zany sense of humour and regularly calls out guys THREE DIVISIONS below him, just for a bit of fun and banter.
kid, you are being a dishonest little ***wit..... AGAIN !!
FACT: Ward offered to fight Golovkin at 168
so stop your lies and bullshht
spinning the Ward/Floyd beef is one thing..... but spinning the weight is another thing entirely
ya fkn goofballComment

Golovkin is back to business as usual, ALREADY
fighting homeless people for their cardboard box
so..... how will Golovkin fight 1) Saunders 2) his mando Derevyenchenko 3) his payday Canelo 4) his other mando Charlo..... in September?Comment

It's hard to argue against DiBella's case - Golovkin has always maintained that he wants to fight the best. The division is stacked with mandatory's that would do decent PPV numbers.
Golovkin and his team seem to have become obsessed with Canelo. Team GGG has only fought once in almost 12 months (I think) and if not, they are a very different team from the vibrant, busy, go-get-'em group from a couple years ago.
Now Golovkin is surly, irritable and seemingly disillusioned; unable to switch his focus. To a certain extent, I can understand that given this is boxing, and it takes a tough person to put up with the grubby politics and constant disappointment.
However Golovkin has only a couple of years left at best to cement his legacy, and time is not on his side.
If he sits on his hands and holds onto the belts the fans will eventually turn against him, as there are so many great fights to be made.Comment

"All these fighters are scared of me. They not real fighters, they businessmen. I'm not business, I real fighter, I fight anyone." Said Gennady Golovkin before he turned around and acted like a businessman when Ward and Lara came calling.Boxing is a risk reward business and you know it.
Ward is a special fighter and he's bigger but can't draw enough money to merit the disadvantage in going up in weight. That's real world, that's fact.
Going up in weight to chase Chavez for 3 million is a no brainier that Charlo, Andreade, Jacobs and every breathing 160lber would jump on.
Now I don't know who your favorite middle weight is but I can guarantee they would NOT go up to 168 fight Ward today...out of retirement. Not Charlo, Andreade, Jacobs or anyone else unless they were paid Pac/Floyd millions.
If you hold every middle weight on earth to the same standerd that you seem to be holding GGG to, then you can only come to the conclusion that they all suck.Comment

You mean when Ward wouldn't budge on so much as a gram, and wanted all the benefits?
And wanted tune-up fights first? And GGG had to wait a year to fight him?
Lara was with another channel, and he would not abandon that. So, there you go.Comment

So why would he come down to 160 for Floyd, but not for GGG?
You keep saying "he was only joking around doe" about the offer to Floyd.
So why do you take his other absurd offer to GGG so seriously?Comment

I asked you a reasonable question..... and you respond with silly nonsense about a fight that could obviously never happen
if Golovkin fights yet another tomato-can in May..... then how will he fight 1) his WBO dream Saunders 2) his mando Derevyanchenko 3) his payday Canelo 4) his other mando Charlo..... in September?
this can-crush will kill a MUCH better fight..... just like a lot of Golovkin's other can-crush fights did
I can see it's a problem, you can see it's a problem..... but you think Team Golovkin cannot?
the clock is ticking, and yet there is nothing to see here..... aren't you getting tired of making silly excuses?Comment

Tom Loeffler says he has been in contact with Lou DiBella, Sergiy Derevyanchenko's promoter, today & hopes they can come to an acceptable solution to allow Golovkin to fight someone other than Derevyanchenko on May 5th. Derevyanchenko is the IBF's mandatory challenger for GGG
