You quickly or conveniently forget Joshua being given that same break before a round after getting knocked down by Klitschko. Hugging them nuts much?

In Canelo's case, there was no fight on the horizon that could generate anything like a Canelo/Golovkin fight, so pure economics meant the fight eventually got made as it as too big for GB to walk away from.

Hearn has options beyond Wilder, so can walk away and delay it without taking the risk that Wilder smokes Joshua. Don't forget, a potential Fury fight in a year or so would be potentially bigger than Wilder/Joshua (depending on how Fury comes back), and getting smoked by Wilder in the interim might not be the best business plan.

I'm neither a fan of Wilder or Joshua - just don't believe Hearn will actually make this fight right now. Hope I'm wrong though.
Golovkin was well known in America so him getting a good cut against Canelo made sense. I knew the PPV would do very well, and it did.

Whereas Wilder doesn't bring that interest. A couple 100 thousand people more will buy the PPV which won't bring in much more money. And that's in the UK. In America it is too risky because neither are names over there.

What % did Oscar pay Golovkin in the end? I don't think that information has come out.

Wilder should get no more than 35%. If he turns it down (which would be millions) he never wanted the fight in the first place. I think he's happy with the way things are. He shouts his mouth off acting like he's the best without proving it and has a few idiots actually believe him. But hey, i hope he proves me wrong and he does take the fight.

I honestly don’t mind the doctor giving a quick exam after a rough round for a fighter. It’s about safety at the end of the day. It’s not a damn 5 min break for a low blow. It’s quick simple and the action continues.

Yes home, where he gets gift stoppages and it is predetermined that any close rounds go to Joshua. They can't even choose a proper ref over there.

i bet you the first fight will be in Wembley stadium ....i am not arguing that maybe the 2nd fight wil be in the states and hearn makes fantastic money with joshua over here with every fight.
He will want every advantage possible when it comes to the first fight for aj becsuse you give that up on the first fight then its a whole new ball game for the 2nd fight and like it or not the uk is the hotspot for boxing at the moment and there is no way joshua will put himself at the mercy of NSAC and the corruption of the judges no matter how much money they offer.....he saw it with canelo golovkin and many others....no way

If your boy Joshua is so sure (which I think he isn't) giving Wilder 50% should be no problem, because if he wins that figjt (which I don't think he will) he will have a license to print money.

Ortiz bless him has got to be around fifty ...agreed ? So if he can do that kind of damage to Wilder do you think that A.J. couldn't ?

Funny. I saw what you claim about Vegas happen in Joshua's last 2 fights.

AJ is acting just like his promoter, a spoiled scared little brat. He doesn’t want the fight at all!!!!
