Fighers do not get assessed at the start of a new round....they should get checked out during the break and if they are not fit to continue then it should be stopped....stopping a fight to check on a fighter should be done to allow a fighter more time...what planet you on....its boxing and its about stopping your opponent its not netball

thats the NYSAC call, and they've been consistent. its not easy to examine guys while they're getting instructions in the corner form 3 other guys while also have a cut man work on them. the point of the ref allowing the doctor time to brief them is to see if they are alert and can continue.

idky you're upset bc one commission wants to protect themselves from lawsuits. and I gave you multiple fights where they are being consistent. its not to give the guy extra time to recover. jack spence nor porter complained about the ref ruining their momentum bc of the rule. the guy took a beating and didnt cave in. make sure his senses are still there and hes not concussed. pretty simple. ref takes 15sec to do it and the fight continues.

thats fine, you can talk about that. but you also have to consider that stubhub purchased these tickets from Hearn and original buyers from the venue. the resell means nothing to the official gate bc the venue doesn't get that money back, the seller do. so while it might have been extremely expensive to get the ticket second hand, its a drastic markup from the initial value. its like buying a sneaker from a store and reselling it. if the store gets $160 for that pair, and you resell it for $400, the store doesn't claim the $220 that was made off it. Joshua 90k live gate came out to 8 mill in total. which meant the venue average price they offered to ppl when releasing tickets was around 90 pounds each.

The public could not buy tickets they were mostly snapped up by stubbhub....my point is joe public would have no issue in paying an average of £150 per ticket.....so the gate they made was £8 million and thats $10 million in your money for the AJ and WK fight and then you have the guranteed 1.8 or over 2 mill ppv in the uk......wilder has never sold anything like that in his life and he is virtually an unknown heavyweight to the normal US person in the street....joshua is a proven seller wilder is not so joshua holds all the cards.....3 belts and brings most of the goodies to the table...thats a fact fella

Depends, isn't it a sort of Canelo/Golovkin situation ? Hearn, like DLH, would likely start with an offer that isn't exactly generous to Wilder, and Wilder likely hold out for more, and then it all depends on how much Hearn actually wants to make the fight.

In Canelo's case, there was no fight on the horizon that could generate anything like a Canelo/Golovkin fight, so pure economics meant the fight eventually got made as it as too big for GB to walk away from.

Hearn has options beyond Wilder, so can walk away and delay it without taking the risk that Wilder smokes Joshua. Don't forget, a potential Fury fight in a year or so would be potentially bigger than Wilder/Joshua (depending on how Fury comes back), and getting smoked by Wilder in the interim might not be the best business plan.

I'm neither a fan of Wilder or Joshua - just don't believe Hearn will actually make this fight right now. Hope I'm wrong though.

I’m not making the argument that wilder outsells Joshua. My argument is Vegas pisses $8mill and Wembley would take a back seat if Vegas threw money at Hearn for the fight. That market alone has no state tax and already generates more money than England does.hearn knows this which is why I expect Hearn to sit down with Joshua and tell him one of the fights will be Here.

You do not do that in a fight with no justification its that simple....you go to the corner during the minute break and the doctor can also check you out.....they will ask youu and your trainer are ok to continue and after asessing you they then make a decision whether you are fit to continue its that simple ....thats the whole idea of making back to your corner and if thats how nyc commission act just because they dont want a lawsuit they should not havie boxing events..You hurt a fighter in a fight then you should not be impeded by a referee interfering after the fighter has had a minutes break......the ref was blatantly giving wilder more time to recover when he already had a full minute recovery time

The problem with your assessment is you have to say that the ref gave time to Peterson, Degale, and Berto more time to recover in their fights. And I doubt you were on NSB screaming in those scenarios. So once again. It’s a NYSAC rule bc Perez turned a foe in 2013 into a vegetable and he sued and cost the state $25mill. Those are facts.
