James DeGale won back the IBF super middleweight title he lost in December to Caleb Truax with a bloody, 12-round unanimous decision. The fight was an immediate rematch of what many thought was the upset of the year in boxing in 2017.

"Philadelphia’s Julian Williams stopped Chicago’s Nathaniel Gallimore by a majority draw in a 12-round 154-pound eliminator bout for Hurd’s new IBF belt." how does that make any sense...hurd's belt ain't new and William beat gallimore by majority decision not a stoppage draw..puny writers *hulk's voice*

You embarrassed yourself with that performance.

Hurd vs William will be exciting to watch because both are in their prime.

Thanks for some entertaining fights and your Olympic Gold Medal, but now is the time for you to go out and retire on top.

You won but he still embarrassed you. You were a great fighter but you've looked so past your best it's time to go. With that performance everyone beats you including Eubank Jr. Eubank Jr would even stop you.

I am a big fan of this brother Degale and had to stay up late to see his fight becos of timezone difference. His performance was terrible and I saw a fighter yesterday who has passed his prime.I want to be so wrong badly.Retirement should be considered, this bro was sluggish and the punches were like a slap.I think the old Chunky with the swagga is gone.I pray that I am wrong.

Didn't he say that he would call it a day if he struggled to win? Well, he did struggle against a fighter that last night just wasn't throwing (and made me lose money, for good measure). Now he's got more years ahead?

                    A little coherence, please.
