Lara must be dreaming, I hope it's the last time we see Lara in the ring.

he was winning early but Hurd won too many late rounds. Without the knockdown, I had it even. The knockdown put him over. I scored the fight just like farhood and 2 of the judges. I just scored certain rounds differently giving rounds to hurd that he gave to lara and vice versa

I strongly disagree. But props to Lara nonetheless. He paid the ultimate price for not being boring and pleasing the fans. He took a vicious beating. Close on the cards but Hurd's punches were clearly more impactful.

As entertaining as it was Lara should go back to what he does best. The gameplan was effective on the cards but not on his health. He took some wicked body shots.

It was close, the judge that had it scored for Lara wasn’t crazy.

Anybody else think that Bayless gave Lara a little extra recovery time after the knockdown?

How did you figure that, Lara? Was it when you spent the majority of the last half of the fight getting beaten up?

Some are saying Lara should have boxed more, the problem is that Hurd's relentless pressure didn't allow him to box, Lara was forced to stand and fight whether he liked it or not.
