Ehh. If Joshua stays composed, he'll handle Povetkin and maybe stop him. Sasha is older/smaller, and took 5 rounds to get rid of Price. He won't be getting combinations off on AJ like he was on Price.

If Joshua fights Headvetkin, I will wash my hands with him and his career. Fighting Headvetkin sends the message that they don't need the WBC title. This man supposedly makes more money than anyone not named Canelo and hes still dealing with the threat of being stripped for not facing mandatories on time, lmao. If he fights Headvetkin you won't ever see me mention Joshua's name ever again. I'll call him Coward. His new name will be Coward.

I think Wilder already knows hes fighting Breazeale next but he will have a Joshua fight signed prior to that to take place in late 2018 / 2019 .

Team Wilder can use stall tactics all they want and continue to use Joshuas name to ride on , Wilder has already hinted hes going to use the NOT WAITING for Joshua excuse and sign the Breazeale fight .

Hes a master at this tactic since winning the belt ,the tactic of avoiding . Hes fought roughly 10 %of the top 10 guys that have been available in 40 fights . lol

Of course it will be team Wilder that PRETEND Hearn doesn't want it ,and his dumbed down fanbase will blame Joshua , the guy who has actually been unifying the belts !

Hearn is in a pickle, either face the roid cheater Povetkin or pit Joshua with Wilder. Wilder gonna KO Joshua's @SS.

You have to laugh at these Wilder fanatics trying to downplay Povetkin. Even if we judge Wilder and Povetkin from around the point where Wilder got his paper title. Povetkin still fought the tougher opposition in that time frame. Bar Ortiz Wilder hasn't fought anybody remotely dangerous.

The point is, how can you claim a fight is a 'potential' 'super fight' when you have such lopsided odds of one boxer winning?

I personally didn't consider the fight between Mayweather and Pacquiao a 'super fight'. Especially the versions of both that fought each other. I knew from the start that Mayweather was the SIGNIFICANT favourite to win.

Would you consider Manny Pacquiao vs Sergey Kovalev a 'super fight'? Or how about an elephant or a dinosaur vs a rabbit inside a Colosseum? Would you consider that to be a super fight? Since that's the equivalent of Joshua fighting Povetkin.

How badly do you think Povetkin gets squashed by Joshua?

The dude is arguably not even a proper heavyweight LMFAO!

I think you missed my point. My point wasn't that Povetkin WILL beat Joshua or that I'd even favor Povetkin to beat Joshua. Merely that Povetkin CAN beat Joshua. Neither of these two 21-0 (20) or 40-0 (39) record guys are unbeatable so they need to make that sh^t happen to properly take advantage of the hype cuz once Joshua is 21-1 or Wilder is 40-1 they hype won't be the same.

But then again that goes along with what I'm saying. I don't think Hearn cares THAT much for how big Joshua vs Wilder can be. I think his ideal plan would involved Wilder getting knocked off by ideally Whyte (his UK guy) or Big Baby (his US guy) & then having Joshua lift the title off of one of them. Then they can cruise along for many years with few big risks & the next generation of risks years away from being lined up with Joshua. Joshua can become huge world wide over the next several years with much less stress & risky fights if Hearn takes that route & of course Wilder catches a L.

Idk just a theory though & the type of thing Hearn would be down for cuz the risk would be far less & the upside the same just taking more time.
