Bless his little cotton socks, he can't stop trying to rub his success off onto others, definitely got his faults but no one could accuse him of lacking generosity. He's basically saying he's going to train himself for his final fights and give his mate a payday and a chance of a future career. It's probably the only reason he's fighting at all.

Everybody knows Manny was not happy with Freddie after the Horn fight. Freddie did not do an good job in Pacquiao’s loss to Jeff Horn. He was passive, and not taking charge of the situation with Pacquiao getting roughed up by Horn for the entire fight.

Pacquiao was getting mugged, and there wasn’t anything being done about. Zero complaints from Freddie to the referee. Freddie should have stepped up early and gotten on the referee’s case to make him do his job.

Buboy Fernandez will obviously cost Pacquiao less as Freddie was the highest paid trainer in boxing. Buboy has been with Manny his whole career even before he came to the US.

Where Freddie will be missed his is the trash talking and getting in the other fighters head. Manny doesn't trash talk.

A few years ago I made a thread saying Manny Pacquiao should get rid of Freddie Roach and just keep Alex Ariza,

Roach is overrated, he sucks now, he is just a guy who likes fame and attention and praise

he does a half ass job in the corner

He was collecting a check from Pacquiao and never came up with any strategy to beat Marquez or Mayweather

Roach couldn't even teach Manny to cut the ring off.

Pac is making moves too late should have fired Roach and Arum a long time ago, the guy is nearly 40 which isnt old in real life but in boxing for a guy who rely on speed it sold.
