AJ made it clear he wasn't banning Wilder from entering the ring, he was telling him he's only getting in if AJ invites him in.

And even if that didn't happen, he could call AJ out in front of all those millions of viewers just as easily from outside the ring as from inside it.

If he doesn't show up in Cardiff there is only one reason why - he was bluffing and he never really wanted to fight AJ or Whyte.

Considering all the cans that Wilder's fought, At least Hearn is giving AJ some experience with fighters who are making a little noise in the division. Wilder will get his shot, I'm sure.

While Wilder has fought 98% bums, one could argue his wins over Ortiz and Stivernne are ahead of all AJ's wins except Wlad.

Come on man, be honest. Hearn and AJ will let whyte take center stage to hype a fight between him and wilder rather than WIlder/AJ.

So far as Whyte calling out Wilder .. all Deontay needs to say is something along the lines of, "look, my aim is to unify all the belts and become undisputed champ, and you are my No1 contender for the WBC title, so you're getting it next, after I beat the man who beat your ass, etc .."

Remember a few months ago when Floyd mentioned that GGG should fight Ward if he wanted a fight against him? Everyone on here was giving FLoyd **** calling him a coward for not fighting a guy 2 divisions above him. But Hearn and AJ pretty much are saying for Wilder to fight Whyte first instead of unifying a division they're both in. And yet people defend AJ and Hearn, how ironic is that?

You want Wilder to help Hearn elevate the profile of AJ and Whyte without an agreement in place to fight AJ and the prospect that AJ will sign with HBO to fight Miller and then likely Whyte and Fury?

Come on kafkod if you were Wilder's management you wouldn't go for that unless the AJ fight was signed or you had a guarantee in place.

Thing is i don't see what anyone has to gain by waiting now for the big one we all want to see. There is silly millions to be made for both fighters and neither are finished should they lose we may even get a trilogy out of it.

I find it amusing how people bring up Wilder fighting nothing but bums in his firs 40 or so fights. They should go look at all the bums Canelo, Brook, Chavez Sr., Duran, Ray Robinson, Hagler, Sugar Ray Leonard and host of many other boxers who people considered great. Go to BoxRec and people could find out for themselves.

So Deontay Wilder says it was a team decision not to go to the UK. Does he not realise that there are only a handful of countries who will not be watching this fight in the World. The amount VIP attending
from Bob Arum to Sugar Ray will be at the fight. This is history. Even if he sits there and heckles AJ all through the fight. That would be brilliant. If his team advised him not to go. Then its because Eddie Hearn has riled them. He has to realise that AJ owns his own show. His team control what happens. So DW cant just say im getting in the ring like Tyson Fury did to him and try to undermind the greatness of the occasion. And how corny did that look. When you Unify you are making history. DW has not done this. However bad he is. Know your place. Dont throw your dummy out because a fighter may offer you a $4m plus US revenue to fight in front of 20000 fans in London. The same guy youll need to fight as your mandatory regardless for half the money in 6 months. Which in turn will impede on a fight with AJ . Wilders team is the problem here. They dont want him to sit down with Eddie and Al Haymon on a conference call and get **** done! Because they will be squeezed out. The bulk of this deal will be dealt with by Matchroom. Which means AJ will once again take control of the event per the contract.
