By coming over there and getting into some dust up with Whyte, it deflects from Joshua. With the vast majority of Joshua's fans being casuals all they will focus on is the fact that there was a confrontation between Whyte and Wilder. Why? Because they're casuals lol

It's all a ploy to lower the public pressure on AJ. A blind man could see this play.

Wilder really doesn't need to do anything in the UK because they'll buy an AJ fight anyway. That argument is bogus. Why do you think Eddie wants AJ to fight in BK next? Because he knows 700k plus brits will by the PPV no matter what lol Wilder doesn't need to do anything there. He was just hoping to turn up the heat a little on AJ but that won't happen with Whyte screaming everywhere he goes .
That's how I see it. They're going to make it a Whyte vs Wilder situation if Wilder goes to the UK, instead of it being a AJ vs Wilder confrontation. Hearn has no intention of putting AJ in the ring with Wilder. That's why AJ said I don't want to hype up a fight that won't happen. So basically it's Whyte's job to call out Wilder to take pressure off AJ.

So why should Wilder go if they’re plainly going to duck Wilder?

Wilder needs to grow his own brand now and work on becoming AJs mandatory so he can’t run no more.
No they didn't. Joshua just said he s not letting him in the ring after the fight.

He was offered to commentate for Sky ringside For fck sake, and do punditry in the build up and countdown shows in the days leading up to the fight, where he could have hyped the shyt out of it, literally in front of all the cameras.

What are they gonna do, either of them? Whyte can sit in his spot or will be 99% made to fight as final eliminator, so he wont be able to go in june unless wilder gives him a voluntary which wont happen.

AJ either loses, or wins but wont fight til later in the year.. and he wont be fighting Fury because hes a fat mess. He wont be fighting whyte because dillian will be told to wait by hearn and want to wait for either Wilder, or that huge huge huge payday vs AJ.

Dillian fights in june in an eliminator against breazeale ( breazeale wont go IBF route with pulev like some are saying )

Deontay gets to fight a voluntary around the same time or just leaves it til the end of the year to fight AJ.

Dillian fights the winner next year provided he beats his eliminator opponent

          tA'DAAAAA... everybody ****** rich.
This may be how things play out. We really have no idea. Fair play though.

Yeah fool yourselves into thinking that. He would have had a platform to do and say a lot of things, and so what if it hyped the Whyte fight as well, those are the two biggest and most financially viable fights for him either way. He's going to end up fighting Brezeale next for less than half of what he would get for Whyte.

It's a joke he's no showing, and it's all because he can't put his pride and ego to one side.

No way all those who watch Wilder on Showtime just pick up the PPV because it's a unification.

If Wilder had any kind of pull, wouldn't he have sold out arenas he's fought at? Wouldn't they have put the Ortiz fight on PPV? They didn't because they didn't trust him not to flop.
It's all situational. If you bring AJ here against Wilder in September, that fight would do some solid business in Vegas.

I don't remember who fights where but look at Thurman. 5m+ vs Garcia and 3m+ vs Porter on CBS. Wilder did 2million on NBC.

No one is saying Thurman is PPV.

Would you consider Wilder the biggest american draw right now?
To pull a Showtime number of over 1 million views, i'd say he is. I'm almost certain Thurman wont clear 800k in views when he returns. (More likely 600k)

That's really hard to do on Showtime.

Preach! I didn't see this article until just now and I knew it was gonna be a nanny nanny boo boo type B@!#$ fest. It shouldn't surprise Joshua fans since king Anthony require a signed contract before any peasant dare challenge thou!

Wilder was going to go. But then there were statements coming out of AJ that he doesn’t want Wilder to get in the ring after the fight.

The articles are right here on Boxingscene.

The only thing Hearn kept saying is that they want Wilder to fight his decoy.

They’re stalling and Wilder shouldn’t lend his name to Joshua’s event if ththere is no indication that they want to sign a fight with him.

He needs to do him and fight the best fights available.

When Joshua is finish strategizing and plotting these games the fight will happen.

If I were Wilder I would go after Fury. That’s the biggest fight he could make outside of Joshua probably.
