The NAC regulations on 'LICENSING AND CONTROL OF CONTESTS AND EXHIBITIONS OF UNARMED COMBAT'

          https://www.leg.state.nv.us/NRS/NRS-...l#NRS467Sec159

I've also e-mailed 'em, cos, well I don't really want to wade through all that crap.

EDIT: NRS 467.070  Jurisdiction of Commission.

          1.  The Commission has and is vested with the sole direction, management, control and jurisdiction over all contests or exhibitions of unarmed combat to be conducted, held or given within the State of Nevada, and no contest or exhibition may be conducted, held or given within this state except in accordance with the provisions of this chapter.

          2.  Any boxing or sparring contest conforming to the requirements of this chapter and to the regulations of the Commission shall be deemed to be a boxing contest and not a prize fight.

The ABC regulations state that a suspension from one SAC should also be applied to the others.

In short this could theoretically mean that Canelo could be disallowed from public sparring - certainly from receiving renumeration thereof, but it's hard to see how one could extend the ruling beyond that.

Ummm. My experience of court has been exclusively from the wrong side of the plastic screens, but it's been a while..

I have occasionally moonlighted as a proof reader and editor though... IDK you just collect different writing styles.

If he's allowed to spar while under suspension then he's endangering the lives of his sparring partners since he's Clen positive. He should NOT be allowed to spar publicly and/or privately. He can do it privately then again it's another cheating of the rules.

No. He can train his ass off in public. Nobody has the authority to make him stop training. He will be training just about every day up to a few days before the fight that I think will happen right on time in Vegas.

My initial thoughts would be that he is allowed to train. After reading some things, it almost sounded like he is not supposed to train, or at least not publicly. I could very easily be misunderstanding it though. I mean what would the point of a suspension be if he could? Obviously he is in Cali, not Nevada, so I don’t see how it could be upheld, if that’s the case.....OPINIONS, DISCUSS PLEASE FRIENDS
This was posted 2 days ago. Wasn't that the same day the suspension came down?
