This feels like the worst possible outcome for us fans and Golovkin. Either give Clenelo a proper ban for a year or two or just let the fight go ahead unimpeded

Exactly! It's like, when you think about it - what are the temporarily suspending him from doing? training? No. Fighting? No, cause that would not be impacted by a temporary suspension. Like you said, it seems like posturing so they can appear to be doing their due diligence. Kinda like when everyone in the office is messing around having fun and the boss walks in, they scurry around to pretend like they are working.Last edited by richardt; 03-23-2018, 07:55 PM.Comment

Translation:I'd have to go looking for my card as I don't remember it off hand. But Golovkin won more rounds and virtually everyone who saw the fight agrees or at most had it a draw. Canelo should've lost. But if thinking he "beat Doelovkin ass" makes you feel better, have a good time.
I have no clue what rounds 97 won, just going with what everyone is sayingComment

I would say so.....
or at least, the fight is
but thinking that the result will somehow be affected by the degree of anger within Golovkin..... is flawed logic
that stuff lasts about 30 seconds against skilled opposition
the better fighter will win that boutComment

I listed mines ages ago I was crossed between scoring it 8-4 and 9-3, overall effective aggression, controlling the fight, landing the jab at will, and having the overall more efficient power shots landing i.e. backing the guy up and making Nelo look submissive.
Easy fight to score, only one clear winner in it.Comment
