NSAC is likely doing the right thing here, but I'm sure most of that is posturing so they keep both sides happy. So far I've seen no evidence of intentional cheating on Canelo's part, even if GGG is going full blown spazzo as if there was. IMO Canelo's team needs to be called onto the carpets and warned next time they skroo up on the meat it's curtains for them. I've read many times about Mexico and the meat problem, and have seen many Mexican boxers caught on it. And I myself have forgotten and eaten foods I'm pretty much banned from eating. But then, I don't have a team whose job it is to keep that from happening. Employees do have a propensity for not following orders/protocol, but still this is at too high of a level for anyone to skroo up like that. It is unfortunate, but rules are rules at the end of the day. Hopefully the entire promotion doesn't get cancelled. Hopefully they can at least reschedule soon, or maybe even get things worked out in April. Sooner the better to set things right. This is too good of a fight to let it be demolished.

You may be right. I put myself in Golovkin's shoes for a minute. Champion for years, possibly bought into my own press, rich AF by most peoples standards so Im not as hungry anymore.
