ARUM probably put some crap in small print detailing that Pac is under contract for X amount of fights.

Arum...needs to let him go. If he doesn't, it should be a warning to all current Top Rank stars. They should leave or should be careful with their contracts.

I trust Bob more than Manny's "lawyer" when he says:

“Pacquiao is under contract with Top Rank for reasonably long period of time but I don’t know when the contract will expire”

And thats how sketchy boxing contracts are that even promoters need lawyers to fully grasp when a contract is over. Business is so f#cking sketchy.

Good chance Manny will be the next in a long line of fighters who sit out for a year or so due to a contract dispute with Top Rank.

We might've seen the last of Pac vs horn. If Pac insist on going thru with this, I doubt Bob will let him walk. This will he dragged out in courts and it could take years for it to get resolved. Just loom at Mikey Garcia and Chavez jr. Good luck to Manny. Hope to see him fight again.

imho, nope..... the lawyer will be correct

the guy will have done his homework, studied the paperwork, and Manny's contract with Top Rank will have expired

but, Manny will fight a Top Rank opponent

whatever Arum held over Manny that made Pac pull the plug on VisionQuest, is still there..... nothing has changed

this is not about the contract, this is about Manny doing what he is told

FACT: it is impossible for both of those guys to be correct

and it is beyond bizarre that they could have such a different perception based on Pac's contract

FACT: Arum knows the day, date, and month, that Pac's contract has/will expire..... no question lol

this is typical Arum speak..... he knows that Manny will fight whoever he decides, and he knows that people will only remember him insisting that Pac is still under contract..... the bases are covered
