Didn't I just remind you that Oscar's offer was for a fight on the Sept 16th 2017 date, so it wouldn't have made any difference to the time frame if GGG had accepted it?

Cotto was the WBC MW champ and GGG was his mando.

Oscar's offer was for a fight in Sept 2017 so it wouldn't have happened one day sooner if GGG had accepted it.

Cotto is not a real middleweight & it was in sept. 2016 when Oscar offered the 10mill, not in 2017.
