    I'm already paying for
    Spotify= $9.99
    Netflix= $11.99
    Amazon Prime = $12.99
    Showtime= $8.99
    DirectTV =$89.99

    I'm good, I barely watch ESPN as it is. ESPN programming and their analyst suck!
    LOL yea sh^t is getting a lil nuts. Everyone trying to get paid. Who knew cable was cheap compared to what the future might look like.

      Crawford & Loma doe???!!!??? Valdez isn't a tip top talent like those guys, but he's fun as f#ck to watch. Probably a couple others worth mentioning that I'm forgetting about.

        I have a $120 Dish bill already with Showtime and HBO... I will not pay for a dumbass app to watch Top Rank fighters. **** ESPN and Bob Arum.

          One thing I'm curious about is if they show Crawford vs Horn (or w/e fight) on ESPN+ for $5 a month making it a PPV-like model for us boxing fans do they show it on replay on ESPN the next week. You know like HBO does now with PPV's?

          That would seem the smart way to do it to insure you don't totally turn people off...although lotsa people won't dig that they didn't get to see it live to obviously.

              Yea I wanna learn more about this before I completely rule it out, if they put it on tv after like HBO does I'll probably just stream it then record it on tv. If the app is the only option I might rationalize it and just spend the money.

              Definitely wanna get more info on the whole situation

                I think the idea is to get people to pay for Crawfird-Horn, then when you try to cancel after the fight is over they'll offer you a 3-month free trial and hope you forget to cancel after the free trial is over. This is how some other streaming services like CBS All Access work.

                  It depends on what else they are going to offer on this app. If it's niche sports I could care less about or archive top rank fights that I can easily find on the youtube and the internet nope. Can't compare this to HBO and Showtime which yes give you boxing but also gives you tons of exclusive top flight TV shows and movies.

                    Not the week after. Maybe later.

                    You’re going to have a pot of folks selectively subscribing. If it’s a fight they really want to see, they’ll download it and then cancel the subscription right after.

                      Why not a week later?

                      They still get charged $4.99 & if they show a fight a month you would still be paying the same amount. Not like you only get charged 16 cents a day.

                      They'll probably do a free trial when it comes out so I suspect no one will even have to pay for Crawford vs Horn, but AFTER THAT it'll be another story if you wanna keep watching fights.
