Winky is a fighter and shows his ego in simple ways instead of causing a seen.

Winky is the same fighter that for years and any chance he got would say how fighters are ducking him, yet when he is the world champion he ducks kassim ouma.


and no winky couldn't defeat a prime trinidad, not with his gloves on his face. delahoya defeated trinidad but delahoya had power and skills. winky only has skills. the boxer that i'd compare to winky is oba carr and trinidad knocked him out, when other felt that carr had a great chance of defeating trinidad.

Trinidad is a great welterweight, a pretty good junior middleweight, and a lousy middleweight. Enough said about that.

The article never said winky he faced trinidad in his prime....where are you getting this!?!? It will be a great match, even though i'm rooting for winky i respect taylor....IF taylor he gets past winky( I don't see it happening) i don't think there will be much in his way interms of the division if he keeps getting better, he is going to have to become more technically sound though.

Taylor is and was a better MW though.

I agree, I also think that Tito as a middle weight neglected his boxing ability, as a 147 he was a boxer-puncher, but in the latter part of his career he became just a puncher. Taylor is in his prime, Tito was not when he fought Winky.

But I think that the case here is not whether or not Taylor is better than Winky, its whether Taylor has the style to beat winky, And IMO he does. The younger, bigger, stronger fighter in Taylor has all the ingredients to win with the exception of extensive experience.

Ok back in there first fight Vargas looked like he took it by a razor thin margin it was a good fight..........but he's ****ed up now man he is just a former shell of what he used to be. If they had a rematch now it would be too easy for winky.... vargas was having problems with shane. Vargas was a great warrior but i think his management team hurt a fighter that could be in his prime now.....He could have been that much greater if they didn't rush him into tough fight after tough fight.....Plus i think tito was a little biatch when he fough varags he knew he was getting whipped then he started throwing low blows which killed varaga's movment..... and eventaully he got caught such a shame. I always hear rumours that Tito Wrapped his hands way to tight which would give him and obvious power adavntage...Joppy and hopkins talked about it i think....

Lousy he lost to Hopkins and Winky they are very credible opponents and Joppy was not shot until Trinidad shot him........but I do get your point.

Lousy is a poor word choice by me, sorry. I'm not trying to discredit Winky's win over him because it was a shut out. Wright didn't miss a beat all night. I'm just saying of course Taylor will be tougher because he is a real middleweight.
