Why dont more fighters do what Deontay Wilder does?

He doesn't do roadwork for stamina he swims. Running is bad on the knees. Swimming is cardiovascular and a full body workout.

boxers are generally very very ******. even the conditioners and coaches for the most part.
running is one of the dumbest things an athlete can do to wear out their legs before their physical prime.

This... It does put a lot of wear on your legs but it's far more practical for fighting
