    Do you know why RJJ can throw powerful long hooks but Wilder cant?

      He's ****ing throwing overarm shots.

      Footwork and timing is something that newbies can't learn very easily. He started boxing late despite 40 pro fights. He is basically square on..

      Anyone can punch pads or a heavybag

            What am I saying wrong? He leans forward in a squared on position and throws overarms without any footwork and hips into the punch. These arms punches and forward squared shape throw balance off

              They are all correct points but even if he did all that and everything else like weight transfer, balance full body torque stance etc he wouldn't throw a powerful long hook like RJJ does do you know why?

                    Analysing both, Roy invited the guy to come to him and moved and timed it. Wilder tried to land when a guy was moving backwards
